Entitlement Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasadena, CA for a Marketing Manager at Tectonic LLC. As an Entitlement Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to move the development projects forward as scheduled. You will also be in charge of managing all the engineers and consultants and making the project timeline to effectively negotiate with the government. It is best that you have experience in planning, land use, entitlements, density bonus, development of agreements.

Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of this position is to gain entitlements and permits for potential development projects through governmental agencies such as different departments in city and county, formulate strategies, and lead & deal with architecture, land use, consultants and engineerings. The candidate is expected to have experience in zoning and building code research and interpretations, preparation of case filings including findings, project strategy leadership, public hearing presentations, neighbor coordination in Los Angeles county.The candidate will be a leader of the development department.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in developing and executing marketing strategiesStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English & ChineseAbility to analyze market trends and implement effective marketing campaignsExperience with social media management and content creationStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing softwareKnowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
