Executive Director

Executive Director Position:Join Harvest Share Food Pantry in ensuring that no one in Maury County goes hungry, help foster a positive environment and improve our community by providing food to those in need.As the Executive Director, you will work closely with the Board of Directors to add value to our community and help grow Harvest Share.Job Type & Schedule:• Full-time, estimated 30-35 hours per week• Primarily day shift with occasional weekend events, meetings, and community engagementsAnnual Salary:• $35,000-$40,000 with opportunities for bonuses based on fundraising and grants growthEducation & Experience:• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Previous experience, in a 501c3 setting, preferred but not required• Valid driver's licenseDuties:• Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, charities, churches, and larger organizations. • Retain current donors and secure future donations by fostering engagement and support. • Plan and execute regular events, fundraisers, and social media campaigns in collaboration with the Board of Directors.• Report to the Board of Directors at each meeting.• Build a strong and reliable volunteer base.• Market Harvest Share through various channels.• Manage external communications.• Develop and manage the annual budget.• Participate in strategic planning sessions.• Evaluate community and client engagement.• Maintain compliance with necessary regulations.• Standing, typing and lifting up to and occasionally over 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
