Print Finisher (Folder Gluer Operator) _ MUST HAVE CURRENT EXPERIENCE!_Media Technology is looking for a Print Finisher/Folder Gluer Operator to join our team of paper conversion and custom folding carton professionals. This position will require the following:Position Qualifications:Requires a High School diploma or equivalentTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of folder/gluer experienceCurrent Working Knowledge of operating a Jagenberg Diana 125, Arrow 52B and International Right-Angle folders, is highly desirablePossesses mechanical and troubleshooting skillsMust maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.Follow and adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment rules and regulationsPerform other responsibilities as assignedSchedule: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 2:30. Occasional extended hours needed.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for setting up and running high-quality products using various folder gluing equipment to achieve machine make-ready, run speeds, productivity efficiencies, and more importantly, customer requirements and quality standardsRuns jobs that include straight line cartons, auto-bottom cartons, window and other styles as assignedMonitors the product for quality while minimizing waste and reworkAccurately records time and materials for each job and is accountable for equipment maintenanceDiagnoses problems, makes adjustments, troubleshoots and provides the required maintenance to equipment in a timely mannerMust be able to push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionallyWorks with other members of the team to complete orders in an accurate and efficient manner that supports operational excellenceObserves established safe working and housekeeping procedures and follows all standard operating procedures and work instructionsPerforms other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unitJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 45 per weekBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)
