Company DescriptionKronos Health is an innovative primary care organization with sites in Lawrence and North Andover, Massachusetts and a new senior living facility in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Our mission is to provide high quality care at lower costs by changing the way primary health care is delivered. Both patients and providers need more time. In addition to traditional office-based primary care, we provide home visits, a variety of alternative therapies including group visits, acupuncture, hypnosis, osteopathy and chiropractic. We are moving away from the fee-for-service hamster wheel model of care to a value-based model. This allows providers to spend more time with patients. We have the support of a care management team to support the care of complex patients.
