Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role as a Group Fitness Instructor at Beat Parkinson's Today. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for facilitating fitness classes for individuals with Parkinson's disease. You will lead engaging and inclusive workout sessions to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role is located in Branford, CT, with flexibility for some remote work.
QualificationsCertification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA)Experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessionsKnowledge of exercises and modifications suitable for individuals with Parkinson's diseaseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for helping individuals improve their physical fitness and quality of lifeAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
