We are looking for a Dietary Professional District Manager with people management & development, budgetary management, customer experience, and food preparation & safety skills. CDM/CFPP education will be provided.Salary up to $90k plus 10% bonusMonthly deficiency free survey bonuses equal to $250Quarterly bonusesCompany car and mileage reimbursementPhone, laptop, etc.Company will sponsor Certification training401k matching after 1 year, stock options after 2 years and stock grants after 1 yearUNLIMITED PTOQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.3 -5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant service or 5 years high volume GM experience.Must successfully complete an approved sanitation and safety course.Self-starter, capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.Successful P&L and budgetary management; exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of growing accounts.Must be able to relate professionally and positively with clinical staff and healthcare facility executives with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and management skills.Travel is as required, for account/facility visits and participation in area activities.Must provide a criminal background check.Must maintain a valid driver’s license.Certificates:Food Safety Manager or Foodhandler Certification: Current ServSafe or State certification required as indicated by State / County law.CDM / CFPP: Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)/Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) preferred.
