Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sheet Metal HVAC Senior Estimator at Marxaire, Inc. located in Denver, CO. The Sheet Metal HVAC Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs and creating quotes for HVAC sheet metal projects. The role involves reviewing project specifications, conducting material take-offs, analyzing labor and equipment requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate estimates. The Sheet Metal HVAC Senior Estimator will also communicate with external vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes and pricing information.
Qualifications 7 - 10 years of experience in sheet metal HVAC estimating experience preferred.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsExperience with estimating software and toolsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIndustry specific skills, Associate degree or higher preferred
