We are a reputable immigration consulting company looking for a committed and experienced business immigration lawyer. In particular, for the EB5, L1, and E2 visas, the ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of and expertise in handling them. As a business immigration lawyer, you will be essential in assisting business professionals and entrepreneurs with their visa applications as well as advising and representing clients in matters relating to immigration. ● We aim to fully understand the client's needs and goals when seeking immigration assistance and to provide wise and caring guidance throughout the process. With a primary focus on EB5, L1, L2, and E2 visas for business and family.● being knowledgeable about and equipped to provide mentioned visa's end-to-end service.● Continually monitor updates to immigration law and procedure and inform clients of any changes that might have an impact on their case.● Ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of all necessary documentation when preparing and submitting petitions and applications to USCIS, DOS, and other governmental organisations.● Whenever necessary, represent clients in hearings, interviews, and proceedings before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal courts.● If necessary, develop and implement original strategies for cases involving challenging legal issues or exceptional facts.● carry out exhaustive factual and legal research to back up client positions and produce convincing arguments● Write clear and concise briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents for clients● Manage a heavy caseload while maintaining strict attention to detail● Handle administrative tasks associated with case management, including calendaring deadlines, maintaining files, and communicating with clients● Supervise and mentor junior associates in India and paralegals, as needed● Develop a good working relationship with your clients, coworkers, and everyone else involved in the immigration process.● Advise and guide clients on compliance matters related to visa regulations, maintaining lawful status, and meeting ongoing requirements.● Collaborate with the legal team and support staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of visa applications and other legal processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school● Admission to a state bar● 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of immigration law● A strong writing, analytical, and research background● powerful oral advocacy abilities● Ability to function both independently and as a teamPrefered Skills and Qualifications
