Solo immigration attorney seeks immigration paralegal fluent in English and Spanish, with high-level experience in removal defense and family-based immigration cases (I-589, EOIR-42B, I-130, I-485, U Visa, etc.). Must have:
minimum of 5 years of significant experience in immigration law office work, with effective skills and knowledge in client management, case preparation, filing, and office organization; track record of effectively and successfully handling cases from start to finish, with minimal supervision; excellent reading comprehension and writing skills in English and Spanish (including impeccable spelling and grammar); and strong work ethic, attention to detail and common sense.
This law office offers a small and intimate work environment, with close contact and communication with the attorney and clients. The attorney has been in practice for over 20 years in immigration law. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge and sensibilities shaped from years of actual work and training in the challenging field of removal defense.
