🔍 Position: In-House Attorney/Lawyer📍 Location: Miami, FL💼 Responsibilities:- Provide legal counsel and support across various departments and subsidiaries.- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.- Collaborate with external counsel as needed.
✨ Qualifications:- Admitted to practice law in Florida- Minimum of two to four years’ experience in the legal profession, ideally between both a law firm, a corporate legal environment or family offices.- Fluent in Spanish- Experience with the following areas of law: commercial law, employment & labor relations, logistics contracts, finance law- Experience supporting legal matters and working with outside counsel in Mexico- Experience with cost-effective management of outside legal resources.- Experience representing a corporate entity to a variety of governmental authorities (federal, state, local).- Compliance comprehension
