Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data in our systems, ensuring that information is entered correctly and promptly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.Proven experience in data entry or administrative role preferred.Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using computer applications and data entry software.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Accurately input data into the company database from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, and correct any inconsistencies.Update and maintain existing data records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Assist in organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis.Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and management.Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data as needed.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
