📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
New Growth Counseling is dedicated to helping parents and children navigate life’s challenges. We are getting ready to have groups to support parents in their children’s big behaviors this fall. We also support people experiencing trauma as well as grief.
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) to join our team. You have either worked with children, and adults particularly in the areas of trauma, grief and parenting support, or are interested in starting to work with them.
Responsibilities:Conduct assessment of clients to identify emotional, behavioral or other concerns.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of modalitiesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Participate in regular supervision if needed and professional development activities. Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited programCurrent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Social Worker (CSW) in Utah. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages. This will a part-time position with the possibility of it going into a full-time position if desired.
Salary will depend on qualifications in the range from $ 43 - $55
