Job Description:We are looking for an innovative Learning Experience Designer to design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning design principles, a passion for education, and expertise in creating learner-centered experiences across various platforms and formats.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and define learning objectives.Design and develop learner-centered instructional materials, including e-learning courses, interactive modules, job aids, assessments, and other learning resources.Utilize a variety of media, including videos, simulations, animations, and graphics, to create dynamic and immersive learning experiences.Apply learning theories and instructional design models to craft experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.Conduct usability testing and user experience research to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences.Ensure learning materials are accessible, inclusive, and in line with best practices and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and software developers, to create cohesive and integrated learning solutions.Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in learning design and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning effectiveness.Provide support and guidance to clients and stakeholders throughout the learning design and development process.Create storyboards and prototypes for proposed learning experiences, gathering feedback and iterating on designs as needed.Track and analyze learning data to inform continuous improvement of learning experiences.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Learning Experience Designer, with a portfolio showcasing examples of your work.Proficiency in learning design and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.Experience with multimedia development tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar tools.Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or related areas are desirable.

Work Location: Remote - Full-time

Estimated Pay: $73,596 - $131,417 a year (subject to skill level and qualifications)
