Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Doral, FL The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Duties include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or a related fieldValid state licensure as a Mental Health CounselorStrong knowledge of counseling theories and techniquesExperience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural factors influencing mental healthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsExperience with electronic health record systems is a plus
