Litigation Paralegal

The Senior Litigation Paralegal will assist a team of two attorneys and one administrative assistant with current case load in the Civil Litigation Department. The Litigation Paralegal will be required to work case files independently. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and determined individual to join our successful Litigation Team and make a positive impact. The ideal candidate must have medical malpractice and civil litigation experience and be able to work as part of a dynamic team as well as working independently. Qualifications:College degree preferredMedical Malpractice experience a mustFederal and State E-FilingKnowledge of MicrosoftMinimum 3 year's experienceExtremely organized and detail-orientedExcellent written and oral communication skillsThorough understanding of the litigation processExperience with insurance company billing requirements preferred
