ICG Marketing ManagerThe Innovative CPA Group is one of the fastest growing firms in Connecticut, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and upbeat Marketing Manager to join our team. The Innovative CPA Group is an employee-centric firm comprised of experienced tax and accounting professionals. We have successfully built a culture of empowerment, accountability, and wide-ranging expertise. This role is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office.The ideal candidate will be a team player who is willing to learn about ICG, its services and its clients as well as engage in strategic thinking and tactical work as business needs dictate. S/he will demonstrate initiative, is self-driven and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.As our Marketing Manager, you will take on the responsibility of spearheading various initiatives, including:Create and execute strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and programming for our firm that are consistent with the firm’s brand, positioning, and overall growth goals.Creating content and marketing copy (blogs, invites, announcements, collateral, etc.) for our firm and specialized industries.Overseeing and managing marketing related activities, events, and related budget.Monitoring lead tracking and ROI on all marketing activities. Experience with analyzing data to uncover actionable insights.Creating and implementing PR, branding, and lead generation activities such as in-person and virtual events/webinars.Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans.Mentor, and grow marketing team members, currently Marketing Coordinator & Marketing Associate.
Key Skills and Experience:7 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a professional services firm.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Effective communication – Strong effective communicator both written and verbal.Familiarity with website optimization, social media, and leveraging digital channels.
