Role Description. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at Castleberry & Associates Counseling and Testing Services, LLC in Albuquerque, NM. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to clients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate client records. Some remote work is acceptable.
QualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldLicensure in the state of New Mexico as a Mental Health Therapist: LPCC, LMSW, or PhDStrong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practicesExperience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesProficiency in electronic health record systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends
