Mental Health Therapist (IIC-in person only)

Back on Track, LLCWe are prepared to start the right therapists at the highest end of the rate scale ($70-$90 per hour). Potential candidates can email/include resume and cover letter. This is an in person IIC (Intensive In Community) counseling position. This position requires travel in Monmouth County, NJ and could also include telehealth cases occasionally. We are a small group of experienced therapists who are committed to supporting the growth of our clients by establishing strong rapport, utilizing accurate assessment techniques and the most empirically valid treatment approaches for each unique individual. Keeping our team small allows us to collaborate consistently on challenging clinical situations and support one another while helping clients work toward their goals. This role includes flexible scheduling, flexible caseload sizes and group supervision with experienced therapists.LPC's, LCSW's, LAC's, LSW's, PHD's and ACS's will be considered for in home/in community independent contractor work. Bi-lingual is preferred. Must possess valid driver's license in good standing, auto insurance, liability insurance, valid registration, and clinical license in good standing.
