Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as a Nurse Practitioner at Revitalize Ketamine Clinic located in Prescott Valley, AZ. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications. The Nurse Practitioner will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion, and maintain medical records.
