Role Description This is a part-time role as an Occupational Therapist or COTA at Williams Speech Therapy Services, Inc. located in San Antonio, TX.
As an Occupational Therapist or COTA, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to pediatric and adult clients, conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The OTR must be interested in eventually obtaining their CHT.
Qualifications Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist or COTAExperience in providing therapy to clients with various conditions or disabilities (at least 3 years of work experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in occupational therapyFlexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clientsPassion for helping others and improving their quality of life "
