Role Description This is a contract role for a Contract Outpatient Therapist at Let's Cope Counseling Services, PLLC. located in Durham, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Contract Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy and counseling services to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate records. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from the office in Durham, NC, and having the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldValid licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina as a Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)Experience providing therapy or counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or groupsKnowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and interventionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility and adaptability in a changing work environmentExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) software is a plus
