Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Physical Therapist at Health Advantage Physical Medicine in Pasadena, CA. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing treatment for patients with various physical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. You will develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, and monitor the progress of patients to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Valid license to practice as a Physical TherapistStrong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiologyExperience in assessing and developing treatment plans based on individual patient needsProficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques and modalitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role is preferredCertification in specialized areas such as sports therapy or orthopedics is a plus
