We see a diverse caseload of patients primarily with orthopedic injuries or surgeries with an occasional neuro patient. We schedule 2 patients per hour giving you ample time to care for your patients. We are part of The Hospital for Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network. In addition to the great cases referred by HSS, we work with outstanding surgeons associated with NY Presbyterian, Mount Sinai, Montefiore, Northwell and many others.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Yonkers, NY. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' disability, creating treatment plans, providing therapies. The Physical Therapist will also document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.Current New York State Physical Therapy LicenseExcellent knowledge of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular systemsExperience in providing physical therapy services to diverse patient populationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, their families, and healthcare teamsAbility to work independently and within a teamExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) and compliance with regulatory standardsExperience with manual therapy and therapeutic exercisesContinuous learning and professional development in the field of physical therapyExperience with rehabilitation in sports injuries, orthopedics and hands is a plus.
