Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Practice Manager at IT Intelligent Treatment, located in Manhattan, NY. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing staff and their monthly goals, coordinating patient appointments, conducting preliminary patient consultations, closing service and product sales, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks, such as budget management, inventory checklists, scheduling, and assisting with maintaining regulatory compliance. The Practice Manager will work closely with our medical ans aesthetic team to implement best practices and streamline operations in order to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize practice efficiency.

Qualifications Proven experience in a medical aesthetic healthcare management roleExcellent organizational and leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of medical aesthetic and healthcare regulations and complianceProficiency in administrative tasks, such as budgeting and schedulingComfort and skill in evaluating and closing salesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work well under pressure and multitaskBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred)Bi or multilingual a plus.
