Project Manager - Extensive Bending Experience

Currently seeking a Project Manager with extensive bending experience across multiple application in a manufacturing or machine tool organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:Schedules departmental projectsManages project and departmental budgetsAnalyze customer drawings to determine the feasibility of bending the part within the parameters of the company’s machine product offeringsSelects and recommends the best fit bending machine solution for the customerCoordinates the layout of the customer’s warehouse to facilitate the installation of the productAssigns Application Department work assignmentsEvaluates and conduct time studies to determine the most cost-effective solution for the customerCommunicates the status of projects to the involved departments and with the customer; prepares customer correspondenceMaintains a positive rapport and business relationship with customers by providing outstanding customer serviceOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field and/or Business Administration. 10 years of experience or equivalent military training may be substituted for a degreeA minimum of fifteen (15) years of bending experience across multiple applications is desirable. Experience in a manufacturing or machine tool organization requiredValid Driver’s License with no more than two (2) points on a driving record within a three (3) year periodThorough understanding of bending tool designs and how they apply to specific machine and part applicationsThis position requires 10% travel for training and client visitsKnowledge and understanding of statistical evaluations and robotic cell integrationProficient with AutoCADProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project)Leadership ability: able to schedule and delegate work for assigned personnelHigh organized and excellent time managementHours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (on-site)Salary: $78,000 - $85,000Position: Full Time, Direct HireBenefits:BCBS HRA PPO/H.S.
