Role DescriptionWe're seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our brokerage as a Real Estate Agent. As a pivotal member of our brokerage, you'll play a crucial role in establishing client relationships and facilitating successful property transactions. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to think outside of the box.
Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions.Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.Generate leads through networking, marketing efforts, and client referrals. We do not buy and provide leads but we do teach you how to generate your own. Showcase properties to potential buyers and assist them in finding their dream home.Assist sellers in pricing their properties competitively and effectively marketing them to attract potential buyers.Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and deliver top-notch service.
QualificationsValid real estate license in South Carolina.Experienced agents and new agents welcomeStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and learn new technologies/tools.Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
