Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Registered Nurse at Hospice of the Midwest MN. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and specialized nursing care to patients in a hospice setting. This role requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, and a commitment to delivering high-quality end-of-life care. The Registered Nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, provide pain and symptom management, and ensure the holistic well-being of patients and their families. This is an on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of MinnesotaMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative careStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careKnowledge of end-of-life care principles and practicesBasic computer skills
