Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to help others.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions.Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies.Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Proven customer service experience in a similar role.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
