Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist at Bruce Furniture & Flooring in Kearney, NE. As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them in finding the right products, handling inquiries and resolving customer concerns, along with managing and coordinating sales activities to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the buying process.
