Lifetime Beauty Distribution is seeking a Sales Operations Lead.
As a member of our team, you will support the company with strategic business intelligence, performance management and sales. Lifetime distributes an array of well established beauty products including brands like: Johnny B. Hair Care, Color Edge Hair Care and Sooo Good Cosmetics, which are distributed only to professional establishments, such as barbershops and salons.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Operations Lead at Lifetime Beauty Distribution in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for client communication, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the growth of the business through operational tasks while the business grows in the Las Vegas territory.
Role Overview:Develop a deep understanding of the all the lines we carry: Johnny B. Hair Care, Johnny B. Juniors, Color Edge Hair Care, and Sooo Good CosmeticsFoster strong, collaborative relationships with loyal customers and clientsWork closely with a team of sales reps to optimize sales processes, tools, trainings, strategies, and etcCollaborate with senior leadership to align sales operations with business goalsPrepare and present detailed inventory and sales reports
The Ideal Sales Operations Lead will have:2+ years experience in sales.Strong grammar and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress
Preferred Qualifications:2+ QuickbooksProficient in Excel, Google Docs, and EtcSPSStrong familiarity with the beauty industry
