Salary: 60-69k, paid health care, and monthly bonus structure. Offer 401k with match, and PTO

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a School Director at Primrose School of Lafayette located in Lafayette, CO. As a School Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, including curriculum implementation, staff management, parent communication, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in a leadership role in an educational settingStrong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamOrganizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with state licensing requirements and regulationsPassion for providing a high-quality educational experience for childrenCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
