Minimum of 5 years experience as a Compensation Analyst.Experience in broad-base compensation.STI and LTI management.Workday reporting and analytics.Exposure to DEI initiatives.Advance Excel and MS Office.Executive compensation.
- Private company experience and data visualization a plus.
Location: On-site, with opportunity for Hybrid or Remote. This position is a 3 month contract position with the possibility of extension.
