Senior Director - Occupational Health & Safety, North America Operating Unit.Required Experience Needed (10+ years):- A strong OHS expert with a deep knowledge of the US regulatory environment in OHS and has mastered the different regulations, particularly in FMCG/CPG.- A leader with deep experience in the space of OHS, ideally in a highly complex environment where OHS truly matters e.g. oil & gas/ industrial manufacturing.- A leader who in addition to the above, has had experience in OHS in an FMCG/CPG environment having mastered the expertise in a franchise-led organization.- Has led OHS transformation initiatives, has strong consulting skills, even better if they’ve worked in a consulting environment after having deep OHS experience in a tough environment + FMCG and consulted for FMCG-like Companies.
