Company: we are a well established 33 year old heating and air condtion company Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an HVAC Service Manager at Residential Heating and Air, Inc. located in Eden Prairie, MN. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service department, managing a team of technicians, coordinating and scheduling service appointments, ensuring the timely completion of repairs and installations, and providing excellent customer service. Promoting maitainence agreements, service revenue.
