Job Overview:Home Decor company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented coordinator to join our team. You will provide support to the Product Development/Sales team and assist with product development, sourcing and sales tasks.
Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as creating order worksheets, maintaining customer orders, preparing presentations and pricing sheets.- Communicate with overseas offices and factories on product sourcing, pricing and quality control.- Calculate product costs and communicate with customers on pricing and product needs.- Send samples out to customers for approval.- Attend Customer Meetings and take notes.
Requirements:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Expert in Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure-This position requires at least 1-2 years of relevant experience at the wholesale level- Must be able to take full ownership of position by being proactive in your job role and understanding the purpose of your job duties in achieving larger company goals.
