Hiring a Wilderness Camp Manager for an outdoor wilderness camp in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota. Compensation includes room and board.

Star Lake Wilderness Camp sits on 400 undeveloped acres and provides opportunities for kids who don't typically get outdoor experiences to live in the woods, cook over a fire, learn survival skills, build confidence and have FUN!!! The majority of our campers attend on scholarship and we recently received a conservation easement from the State of Minnesota to protect our land into perpetuity from development.

Compensation starts at $800/week and goes up from there based on experience. We are looking at camp season/employment from mid-June through mid-August, and can flex around academic calendars.
We invest in the development of our staff and offer training in Developmental Principles that guide all of our camper-centered programming.
