Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Therapist at Moss Therapy and Wellness, PLLC. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining client records. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and fellow team members. While this role is primarily located in Royal Oak, MI, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldLicensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist in the state of MichiganExperience in providing therapy to individuals and groupsKnowledge and understanding of different therapeutic modalities and techniquesExcellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standardsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
