POSITION: Part-Time Trust and Estates Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Los Gatos, CA.
The Law Office of Thomas E. Rossmeissl has an opening for a part-time legal assistant or paralegal to assist in Mr. Rossmeissl’s trusts and estates practice. Mr. Rossmeissl is a sole practitioner in Los Gatos whose practice is estate planning, trust and probate administration, and trust and estate litigation. He sublets office space from another trust and estates firm, but the overall work environment remains small, cooperative, and friendly.
The position will involve some general administrative work as well as paralegal services in assisting in preparing or processing estate planning documents, assisting with trust and probate administrations, and assisting in trust and estate litigation matters. Specific tasks will depend on experience and ability.
EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have some experience in the trusts and estates field, a paralegal credential or training, and a positive work attitude.
