Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Rancho Cucamonga, CA Job Description:We are currently seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all activities.

Responsibilities:Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of daily operations.Train, mentor, and provide feedback to warehouse team members to optimize performance and productivity.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure adequate stock levels.Utilize SAP software to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports as needed.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments in a timely manner.Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed to support warehouse operations.Requirements:Minimum of at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is a must.Flexibility to work the designated shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
