Key Responsibilities:Assist in reviewing and defining specifications for new audit engagements, ensuring quality control, and estimating fees.Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and contributing to the expansion of our client base.Participate in the firm's educational programs, supporting as an instructor or discussion participant to enhance our thought leadership.Engage in marketing initiatives, supporting the development of a network of referral sources and promoting our services.

EducationFour-year degree in Business Administration (or similar field) with a major in accounting or a minimum number of accounting courses for such a major required.
Experience Requirements:Previous accounting experience required. 150 credit hours required. CPA certificate is NOT required; however, this individual is expected to progress professionally towards obtaining a CPA certificate.
