Distribution Center Stockroom Team Lead

We are a Parts Store and SO much more and we are looking for even more great talent to join our NAPA family! We have lots of parts available to our customers and this role as a Warehouse Team Lead plays a major part in ensuring that these parts get from our warehouse/stockroom to our stores, but also leading and motivating a team of awesome Warehouse Associates. Although our warehouse roles are not customer facing roles, you will play a critical part in our customers lives by leading a team of associates who have a primary goal of getting the right part(s) from our warehouses into our stores and businesses! What You’ll Be Doing

Drive daily warehouse operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely endprocessing of customer ordersBuild, guide and develop an engaged, high performance warehouse team focused on checkered flag customer serviceMap out plans to organize products within the warehouse and chart a course for assembling and loading customer orders with safety, precision and speedConsistently steer toward continuous improvement in processes and proceduresInspect, protect and maintain company facilities, equipment, vehicles and all other assetsManage daily stockroom operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely end processing of customer ordersDisplay pride in leading a warehouse recognized for safety and cleanliness

Previous Managerial and/or logistics, supply chain experience. Confident leader, support of Warehouse Manager and decision maker who demonstrates fairness in all customer and employee interactionsHigh energy, personal drive, and self-motivation to accomplish business goalsEffective communicator, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker and organizational skillsComputer skills in order to track, analyze and manage business resultsPrevious Managerial and/or logistics, supply chain experienceAble to write legibly and be able to read, understand written/verbal instructions, and communicate to other team members.
