Job Title: Implementation Services ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptHours: Full-TimeSUMMARYThe Implementation Services Manager will lead a team of professionals tasked with the successful transition of the new or existing Advisor client firm(s) through the implementation process helping the client effectively achieve their business strategy. Additionally, this position is responsible for driving results with clients, with the goal of increasing their satisfaction and retention. Must have excellent project management and interpersonal skills, be client-focused and have the understanding that the client's best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESLead team of professionals to serve as primary contact for new clients during the onboarding and implementation process and assimilate them into our service offering.Maintain a strong band of communication between internal business partners, including sales and leadershipDemonstrate superior understanding of features and benefits of NAT tools, products, and services and be a resource and coach to team members in these areas.Collaborate with all departments to provide creative ideas and solutions that will benefit the business and set strategic direction.Work with leadership to provide additional enhancements, training materials, and resources that improve service deliveryOversee advisor education and training that improves advisorβs ability to navigate NATCβs core technology systems and processes, developing client self-sufficiency to ensure smooth transition to appropriate service team for client retention and satisfaction.Manage this team in a virtual environment and develop team members through coaching, career development mentoring and motivational techniques.Anticipate potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the operation while presenting and implementing proactive solutionsResolve, investigate and analyze simple to complex problems.Communicate effectively with client throughout the implementation process; confirming on-time delivery of each stage of the implementation life cycle.Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentially both internal and external to the organization.Compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC-related laws and regulations as it applies within the scope of this position, including but not limited to, prompt completion of required BSA/AML/OFAC training.EXPERIENCE: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent required.5 years management and leadership experience is required.5 years financial services experience with focus on client experience.3 years project management experience.Robust industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and unique assets. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize business needs and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skillsExcellent relationship management skills including collaborating, influencing and facilitation. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and interact with individuals at various levels.Advanced technical skills and the ability to act as a resource for team members in these areasInitiative to create change through process improvements, training and streamlining functionsFlexibility to travel for client implementation projects and employee coaching and trainingProficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Professional. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a hands-on, fluid, entrepreneurial environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional, business setting.
