Responsibilities

Yield Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to

Organize paperwork for for fabrication,offal and ground beef reportsData entryBalance production data for fabrication, Offal and Ground beefAssist others as neededOther duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Hours 9 pm to 6 am Monday to Friday; Saturday hours are dependent on production schedules

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the yield clerk position should possess the following

Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and ExcelPossess efficient data entry skillsGood work history, punctuality, and attendanceTeam playerExcellent communication skills with ability to communicate with all National Beef Departments effectivelyGood telephone etiquette skillsPossess a professional and positive attitude/conductDetail orientedSelf-motivated
