Principal Responsibilities
Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information utilizing different quoting enginesCommunicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50-100 live clients each dayRespond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient mannerAdhere to all contract, property, and insurance lawsProvide customer service for each client to maintain a positive client-advisor relationship
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements
High School Diploma required, Undergraduate degree a plusLife & Health License not required but preferred.Must demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and a strong desire to succeedAbility to determine solutions for customers and problem solve in real time (consultative sales approach)Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environmentMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation And Benefits
Compensation: Guaranteed base salary, plus commission and bonuses.Average 1st year salary 70k, our Top Performers earn six figures!Benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 12 paid holidays.
