📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
National LED is a fast growing lighting sales and installation company that is looking for a new book keeper. long term growth for new hire is expected as we are opening new offices around the Texas market and have a very entrepreneurial minded CEO.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data and must understand Revenue, cost and profit differences along with the understanding of the difference between a proposal, quote, invoice.
Reconciling bank statements, keeping track of sales persons jobs and invoicing will be main task.
no payroll or taxes experience is needed for this hire but the above experiene will be required.
ResponsibilitiesTrack expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of companyProvide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Qualifications3+ years of experience in related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically word and excel.Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
