Capital and Disposables COMPENSATION: Salary plus commissions, stock equity grant at signing and car allowance, car insurance, and lots of extras including an aggressive 401K matching plan TO QUALIFY: You must have at least two years of experience selling capital or disposables to hospitals. ICU, NICU, PICU and ER call points a plus. US based manufacturer on its third US expansion.Company owns a patented, disruptive technology product line with NO COMPETITION!Nurses want these products for their patients, and this is the only manufacturer to have them.Expansion territory with existing accounts, all hospital/institutional level.The hospital C-Suite sees the ROI in risk mitigation, compliance and patient safety.You get to sell and manage your accounts, you will have the full support of a clinical nurse team to do the training and in-services.NO ON CALL!!!! Sell during business hours, Monday through Friday.Promotions are 100% within. Three sales people were promoted to sales management in less than two years.Company is planning another expansion, which will lead to more promotions.A great culture β not a lot of layers and not the red tape of a large corporation.
