Daily Range Of Responsibilities Of The Hospice RN
Collaborate with physicians and other providers to plan care.Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition.Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs.Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care.Help in administering medication.Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase.
Qualifications For The Hospice RN
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.Active and Unrestricted Driver's License with Auto Insurance.One or more year(s) of current experience within Hospice.Current BLS/BCLS Certification.Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.
