Responsibilities

Provide trauma-informed mental health services to children and youth. Conduct assessments, counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and facilitate family reunification services. Maintain an active caseload and participate in discharge planning. Ensure the well-being and safety of unaccompanied minors. Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel. Maintain proficiency in English/Spanish and technology.

Minimum Requirements

Master's degree in social work with clinical experience or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of clinical employment. Licensure or eligibility for licensure. Willingness to work flexible hours Valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working order, and insurance. Fluency in English/Spanish and proficiency in technology.
