Job Overview
As a Project Manager in our Client Services team, you will oversee the full project management life cycle including the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives. You will be driving the implementation and continuous advocacy of established policies, to ensure successful management and reporting. You will collaborate with all cross-functional teams to identify the impacts and interdependencies between projects and/or programs.

Critical Skills and Experience
BS degree or AS degree with five plus years of experience. Computer Science, Information systems or Business, Project Management; preferred major/area of study3-4+ years of experience in relevant fieldAdvanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge and practical application of Project management tools. Experience performing business analysis and project assessment for large and complex projectsAbility to create business and functional specifications according to business needsExperienced with structured requirements documentation. Experienced with Business Process improvement conceptsExperienced with project artifacts including project charter, project risk evaluation matrix, project management framework implementation and project integration activitiesKeeps abreast with PMI guidelines including traditional and agile project management
Preferred Skills and Experience
PMP certified by the Project Management InstituteExperience in healthcare IT, claims processing systems, Lean, process mapping, Business Requirement Document BRD, current vs. future state development
Additional Notes
Your position may require some occasional travel from time to time to meet with clients or for conferences. Travel is expected to be roughly 10% of the time.
