Position Overview

Duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.

Specifically

Builds and manages operational relationships with existing client base. Communicate, manage, escalate, and resolve client requests. This includes tracking of all progress throughout the request. Understand the key technical and business differences of each client. Perform bank account reconciliations. Perform funding activities per an established schedule. Act as liaison between clients and card ordering supplier to facilitate card design proofs, approvals, process card orders and invoicing. Create and manage an internal schedule for new client implementations as well as seasonal renewals. Including previous year data clean up. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests. Review call logs determining trends and providing input to product manager and scrum master for fixes. Conduct quarterly client business reviews. All other duties as assigned.
